Terms of Use

Last updated: August 10, 2026

By downloading or using Jumpable, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use Jumpable

You must be the age of majority where you live to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian agree for you and supervise your use. Jumpable isn't intended for children under 13.

Your license to use the app

We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Jumpable on devices you own. Please don't use it in any unlawful way.

Purchases and subscriptions

Jumpable's Pro and Elite features are sold as in-app purchases through Apple. Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Lifetime unlocks are a one-time purchase. Apple handles billing, renewals, and refunds; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Deleting the app on its own doesn't cancel a subscription.

Apple's role

You buy and run Jumpable through Apple's App Store, so Apple's terms also apply, including its standard end-user license agreement (EULA).

Jumpable isn't medical advice

Jumpable is for fitness and athletic training, not medical care. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't a substitute for a clinician. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider about any medical condition, and before you start a new exercise program.

You use it at your own risk

Physical activity carries real risk, including the possibility of injury or death. By using Jumpable, you accept those risks and agree to train within your own limits and judgment.

Secure your watch

Before you jump or move, make sure your Apple Watch is fastened properly. A loose watch can damage the device or injure you or someone near you, and keeping it secure is your responsibility.

Measurements are estimates

Jumpable uses sensors and algorithms to estimate your jumps. They're good, but they're estimates meant for general training. How the watch sits, your technique, your equipment, and the conditions around you can all affect the metrics.

No warranty

Jumpable is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind, whether about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Callosum AI Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If your local consumer-protection laws give you rights that can't be waived, those still apply.

Ending your use

You can stop anytime by deleting the app. To stop subscription billing, cancel through Apple first. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The disclaimers and the limits on our liability stay in effect afterward.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Questions about these terms are welcome at privacy@jumpable.com.
